I really like Norton Dental! The secretary Patti is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The dentists create a treatment plan with you and work... with you to see what works according to what you want done. I feel they take the time to listen and are focused on what is best for the person instead of just trying to get money, like other dentist places do. I really appreciate they charge the same whether you have or don't have insurance. This is a big thing because that means they are fair across the board, and you can trust that they are being ethical. Of course they submit your insurance to see what the insurance can cover, but the cost of things stay the same. Give them a try if you need dental help! I woke up with an abscessed tooth. Called Dr. Nortons office as soon as they opened. The receptionist heard the urgency in my voice and told me to... come right over and she would have the Doctor see me .Dr. Nortons receptionist welcomed me.
